Sizes 0-24 months. Custom ruffle fabric skirt with elastic waistband of your choice - made to your specifications. Send us your infant or toddler's skirt length and waist measurements and your choice of fabric via email. Your skirt will be made to fit!
When taking the measurement of the waist, please make sure that you are measuring where you want the elastic to sit, and make it nice and snug. When measuring length, please measure from the bottom of where the elastic sits down the length of the skirt. We cut between ruffles when cutting the length, so we will make the skirts as close to your exact length measurement as possible.
