Yes. For international orders please email what products you would like to order and a shipping address. We will calculate shipping and email a shipping quote for your approval before payment is made.

I can't decide which color of elastic to put with my skirt- help!
It's a tough choice because so many combinations turn out so cute. If there are specific colors you are deciding between and need additional help, please email your choices and we will do our best to take a picture of the fabric next to the elastics. We want you to be happy!
Do you sell the dresses and skirts featured in the pictures?
Yes. We frequently sell custom dresses, skirts, drapes, etc. with measurements you provide us and your choice of colors, sizes, and style. Prices start at $30. Questions are best answered via email.
Do you accept returns?
We want you to be happy with your ruffles! We will allow exchanges of fabric, less shipping costs within 15 days of purchase. The fabric must be in new condition and uncut. Please contact us via email.
While every effort is made to represent color accurately, every monitor is different and we cannot guarantee the colors you see match the colors of actual fabric.
